What ships in TMS

Capability overview aligned to the product — not a substitute for in-app help or runbooks.

Companies & carriers
Companies own billing and user access. Carriers are operating units with drivers, trucks, trailers, documents, and compliance workflows. Transfer tools help restructure ownership when organizations change.
Drivers & hiring
Create drivers, send secure update links, collect employment history, run road tests, capture seven-day prior logs, and advance hire status with extended application fields.
Documents & signatures
Document vaults store carrier and driver files with expiry tracking and renewals. PDF templates power filled packets. Internal multi-signer sessions support compliance signatures without a third-party e-sign product requirement.
Fleet & safety
Manage trucks and trailers (including bulk upload), log accidents, and track vehicle maintenance. Follow-up intervals keep recurring compliance tasks visible.
Billing
Stripe-backed billing tracks usage, monthly invoices, payment methods, and admin revenue views. Company users can open the Stripe customer portal when enabled.
Reports & settings
Reports cover dashboard counts, compliance, documents, billing, operations, email logs, and audit activity. Settings include document types, permissions, pricing visibility, jobs, and email inspection.
Jobs & operations
Background jobs handle renewals, reminders, expiry sync, cleanup, emails, billing steps, and follow-ups. Trigger them from Settings or documented CLI scripts.
Security model
JWT sessions, RBAC permissions, audit logging, rate limiting, and tokenized public links protect operational data across modules.
