Cookie Policy

This Policy describes how Transport Management Solutions (TMS) uses cookies and similar technologies on our sites and authenticated application.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This page provides a professional content structure. Legal-sensitive sections require human/legal review before production use.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and session tokens used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How we use them

  • Strictly necessary — authenticate sessions, enforce CSRF protections, and route you securely between pages.
  • Functional — remember UI preferences such as last-selected settings tabs where implemented.
  • Security — support rate limiting, anomaly detection, and audit correlation identifiers.
  • Consent preferences — remember cookie banner choices on the public site where the consent component is enabled.

TMS is an operations product; we do not rely on third-party advertising cookies to run core carrier or driver workflows.

Session duration

Authenticated sessions expire according to configured session timeout settings. Closing the browser may end some cookies; others remain until they expire or you clear them.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and public token flows from working. For questions about our cookie use, email support@example.com.

Updates

We may revise this Policy when our technologies change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
