Accessibility commitment

Transport Management Solutions works to make fleet compliance tools usable by more people. This page describes our intent and practices — it is not a WCAG or formal accessibility certification.

Our approach

Building toward more accessible experiences

We follow common accessibility practices on the public site and continue improving authenticated workflows used by compliance and operations teams.

Inclusive design intent
We aim for clear typography, sufficient contrast, and understandable navigation across public and authenticated experiences.
Keyboard-friendly flows
Interactive controls should be reachable and operable without relying solely on pointer input wherever practical.
Semantic structure
Pages use headings, landmarks, and labels so assistive technologies can navigate content more reliably.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We prioritize fixes as we learn from testing and user feedback.

Scope & limits

Some operational screens are complex by nature (tables, multi-step forms, document workflows). We improve them iteratively and welcome reports when something is difficult to use with assistive technology.

Third-party components (for example payment portals) may have their own accessibility characteristics outside our direct control.

We do not claim WCAG 2.x conformance levels, VPAT publication, or third-party accessibility certification on this page.
